Payment:   Our preferred payment method is BACS (internet or telephone banking)
           - our sort code is 30-00-05, account number 04273048.
           If you pay by cheque, make it payable to: Redesdale Limited.
           We do not accept card payments.

Delivery:  Please contact us for current delivery times.

Carriage:  Inland: £4.17 + vat = £5.00 for parcels under 500g.
                   £16.67 + vat = £20.00 for heavier parcels.
           Export and over-water carriage charges are subject to quotation.

Guarantee: We have a 12 month guarantee which offers repair without charge
           for parts or labour. We do not offer on-site repair and it is the
           customer's responsibility to return faulty equipment to our works.
           The guarantee does not cover items that have been damaged.
           We will not accept responsibility for consequential loss of any sort
           (including hire charges). If timing is critical to your event you
           should ensure that spare equipment is available.

Repairs:   For repairs outside of our guarantee, please contact PAS Ltd
           (tel. 01392 270780).
           For repairs under our guarantee please contact us direct.

           If you wish us, instead of PAS Ltd, to do non-guarantee repairs,
           our minimum charge is: £90.00 per item + £16.67 return carriage + vat
           (so the total for 1 item is £128.00).
